Day One of New Workout: Squat Day

The morning following Wednesday's deadlifts last week I completed the rest of that workout, but lost the paper on which I'd recorded my numbers. As such, I have nothing to report. My trainer then had me take a few days break from lifting to recuperate. We met yesterday to go over the first day of my new workout: squats.
