Well, after 6 straight days weighing about the same or slightly more than I did when I last posted my weight, I'm down a whopping 1.2 pounds. As they say, slow and steady wins the race. Just over 8 pounds 'til I reach my goal weight for my competition in June.
I primarily work out at the Auburn Valley YMCA. Friendly faces, ordinary folks just like me--makes me feel comfortable.
PRO Club Bellevue
I am fortunate enough to have a nearly-free membership to the PRO Club in Bellevue from my employer. This place is so big, you'll never have to wait your turn.
